Wonderfully renovated, with lots of love for the local stone of the Perigord region. No need to walk far for your bathroom, as every bedroom has it's own luxury bathroom.
This is like living in a 4 star hotel, but then having the tranquillity of a house all alone and peacefully hidden in a secret spot, want to go on holiday with friends but have your own privacy?
The barn is attached but separate, so you can even find space and privacy for yourselves! Suits up to 8 persons. Weekly rate from 550 Euros to 1750 Euros only.
The private swimming pool is located between the house and the attached barns, no wind to bother you while you are relaxing with a glass of wine, you can walk out
out of your bedroom straight onto the terrace of your own swimming pool! While you are cooking your French dinner you can watch the kids play in the pool. This is how holidays are supposed to be!
Further North there are numerous activity centres catering for a range of different activities such as rope climbing centres and river activities.

Accommodation details

4 Double bedrooms, of which 2 have a double bed and the other two are twin bedrooms.
There is a new superbly equipped fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove/cooker, oven and all the dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils that you will need. The lovely living room has a television, DVD and CD player and it leads out to a beautiful veranda that offers stunning views. The house has a washing machine and is also fully heated, there is a cot and high chair available. The 4 bathrooms have a bath, shower and toilet. The pool has a terrace and there is plenty of garden furniture, a BBQ, sun loungers and parasols.There is also a large outdoor covered terrace with free sunsets.

Rental prices

May, June and September €850.00 per week.
July and August  €1750.00 per week.
October until the 1st of May  €550.00 per week.
October until the 1st of May €950.00 per month.
Minimum stay - 1 week, changeover day is Saturday. Available all year.
A 25% breakage deposit is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to let.
All prices are fully inclusive of linen, towels, and electricity. Towels provided are indoor bathroom towels and not poolside.


Travel

Airports: Toulouse, Rodez, Limoges and Bergerac are all within 2 hours. Brive, which is due to open in 2010 is only 50 minutes away.
Nearest motorway: A20 junct 57 at 15 kilometres. The channel ferry ports are all within 7-9 hours.
Nearest railway station: Gourdon at 10 kilometres
