Les Poujades is a beautifully restored 18th century barn now providing luxurious accommodation, it offers complete privacy for large families and is furnished to an extremely high standard. There are 4 beautiful bedrooms with luxury ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, games room with full size pool table, 2 large relaxing lounges and many different dining areas, both in-doors and out. The property is fully heated, therefore it is available all year, there is a lovely wood burning fire. Internet access is available, Sat TV, DVD CD plus toys and games are provided for children. Outside there is a 12x6 large private pool with sun loungers, a large covered terrace plus lawns, BBQ and much outside seating. The owners of the property live in a separate house on the grounds. Catering, through the owner, is available for daily meals, plus parties and special events can be arranged on a large spectacular terrace. Situated in a delightful rural village, 5km from Payrac, the medieval town of Gourdon just 10km away. 20km to Rocamadour. Large market towns such as Cahors and Brive are 40 minute drive. Canoeing, walking, market towns and brocantes are all nearby. Local activities include swimming, tennis, walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding and golf trips can be arranged.

Rental prices

Low season  01 Apr 2008  - 31 May 2008    £800.00 per week
Mid season   01 Jun 2008  - 30 Jun 2008      £1,000.00 per week
High season 01 Jul 2008    - 30 Sep 2008     £1,600.00 per week
Minimum stay - 1 week.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
Security deposit required £200. Catering available on request at additional cost. Special events also catered for, birthdays, anniversaries etc.
Changeover days are Saturday, check-in no earlier than 4pm, check-out no later than 10am.
The property is available throughout the year, please check with the owner.

Your stay with us is important, we are here to assist with the arrangements for your holiday. We can cater for special birthdays or occasions, please call us to discuss and requirements. Full knowledge of the area and tourist attractions, we can help plan your stay. Arrival meal can be booked, please ask for details, welcome pack provided but also a 'first shop' service if required. Golf Information

Golf available at 18 hole courses, we can organise golf days at some beautiful courses from courses high in the mountains to the championship course at Limoges. Never a shortage of players available with varying handicaps. Golf arranged by owner as long as he can play!
